OUR ORIGIN STORY
Born from a love of golf and a drive to bring the game indoors, REDD’s Golf Zone started with one simple idea: make golf accessible for anyone, anytime, rain or shine. What began as a vision between friends, is now the region’s biggest 24/7 indoor golf simulator hub.
But REDD’s is more than a business - it’s a tribute. The name REDD’s is made up of the initials of my four family members who shaped my life but are no longer with us: my mother Robyn, my grandma Elsie, my grandad Donald and my uncle Dennis. It also honours my friend Roger, who passed away at just 29 years old and whose love of golf helped bring many of us back to the game. This facility is dedicated to their memory and to the joy and connection golf creates. What makes REDD’s even more meaningful is that it’s being built alongside close friends.
My key staff members from our café manager, to our head coach, to our web designer are all not only experienced and passionate, they are friends who believe deeply in the vision.
We are more than a team - we are a community committed to delivering something special for the Coffs region.
Our goal is to bring the game to all people, of all abilities, all the time.

What is Redds Golf Zone?
Redd’s Golf Zone is a state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator facility in Woolgoolga, open 24/7. We provide premium golf experiences with TrackMan simulators, PGA-certified coaching, club fittings, competitions, coffee, and a social lounge.
Are we a franchise?
No, we are actually the furthest thing from being a franchise. We are a privately owned business and the owner and staff are all Coffs Harbour locals. Most are born and raised in Coffs. The business is based around ethical and intentional choices that benefit the region, the environment and the community. Every decision behind REDD's has a story and connection with community is forefront in our minds with everything we do at REDD's.
Do I need to be a member to play?
No, everyone is welcome! You can book a casual session, purchase a package or sign up for a membership if you’d like 24/7 access. However, keep in mind that only members can play and access the facility 24/7 265 days a year.
What technology do we use?
We are using market leading Trackman technology - the ultimate in class technology used by almost every pro golfer on any tour in the world. Rest assured you will be using the very best golf simulators on the market worldwide.
How do I book a simulator session?
Bookings can be made easily online through our website. When operational, and this will be for members only. Casual bookings can only occur during staffed hours and are subject to availability.
Can beginners or non-golfers use the simulators?
Absolutely! Our simulators cater to all levels — from first-timers to seasoned players. Beginners can even book lessons with our PGA-certified coach to learn the game in a fun and relaxed environment.
Do you provide golf clubs, or should I bring my own?
You should bring your own golf clubs and enclosed footwear. We only provide the high quality golf balls and require your clubs _ shoes to be clean prior to using the simulators as we want our technology to stay accurate and in top shape. For those looking to upgrade, we offer professional club fitting services.
Is food and drink available at the venue?
Yes! We serve barista-made coffee, other light beverages and light refreshments in our lounge. It’s the perfect spot to relax before or after your round.
